Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, and conditions of use between Angle Company, Inc. ("the Company") and users in connection with the angle.im website and related services ("the Services").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Site": angle.im and its subpages operated by the Company.
  • "Services": all services the Company provides through the Site, including information browsing and consultation/demo requests.
  • "Angle OS": the agentic AI operating product provided by the Company.
  • "User": any person who uses the Services under these Terms.
  • "Separate Agreement": a written agreement entered into between the Company and a customer regarding the adoption and provision of Angle OS.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the Site so that Users can readily review them.
  2. When amending, the Company will give notice at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days for material changes).
  3. If a User continues to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, the User is deemed to have agreed to them.

Article 4 (Effect and Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all Users of the Services.
  2. Where these Terms conflict with a Separate Agreement regarding actual use of Angle OS, the Separate Agreement prevails.

Article 5 (Content of the Services)

  1. Through the Site, the Company provides information about the Company and Angle OS, and receives consultation and demo requests.
  2. Angle OS is provided to customers who have entered into a Separate Agreement with the Company.
  3. The Services currently provided through the Site are free of charge.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  1. The Site does not currently provide a membership registration feature.
  2. Use of Angle OS, regardless of membership registration, is premised on entering into a Separate Agreement under Article 7 and on the Company's onboarding process.

Article 7 (Relationship with the Separate Agreement)

  1. The scope of provision, conditions of use, data processing, service levels, and fees for Angle OS are determined by a Separate Agreement.
  2. Where no Separate Agreement has been concluded, only these Terms apply to use of the Site.

Article 8 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

  • Misappropriating others' information or submitting false information
  • Infringing the intellectual property, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Services or gaining unauthorized access to systems
  • Improperly collecting or using the Services through automated means
  • Violating applicable law or these Terms, or acting against public order and morals

Article 9 (Submitted Information and Postings)

Information submitted by Users is used to process and respond to those requests. The processing of personal information is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the content, design, trademarks, and logos posted on the Site belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use such content without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 11 (Notice Regarding AI-Generated Outputs)

Outputs provided through Angle OS and demos are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Such outputs do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

Article 12 (Changes and Suspension of the Services)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Services as operationally or technically necessary, with reasonable advance notice.

Article 13 (Restriction of Use)

If a User violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict that User's access to the Services after prior notice.

Article 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

The Company provides free Services "as is" and does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. This does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 16 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects Users' personal information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any dispute is subject to the competent court determined under applicable law as the court of first instance.
