Angle Company, Inc. ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA) and related laws to protect the rights of data subjects who use our services, including Angle OS.
1. Purposes of Processing, Items Collected, and Retention Periods
We process personal information for consultation and inquiry handling, demo requests, newsletter and marketing, Angle OS account management, service delivery, and access statistics. Items collected include name, email, company affiliation, inquiry content, account credentials, user inputs (prompts, documents), and automatically collected data (IP address, cookies, access logs, device and browser information).
2. Children's Privacy (Under Age 14)
Our Services are intended for businesses and users aged 14 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where the data subject has given prior consent, where required by law, or in the event of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
We outsource certain processing tasks to Cloudflare, Inc. (security, CDN), Google LLC (web analytics), Amazon Web Services, Inc. (data storage), and OpenAI, L.L.C. / Anthropic, PBC / Google LLC (AI model computation).
5. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
Personal information may be transferred to the United States via Cloudflare, Inc., Google LLC, OpenAI, L.L.C., and Anthropic, PBC for the purposes described in this Policy. You may request suspension of cross-border transfer by contacting privacy@angle.im.
6. Procedure and Method of Destruction
We destroy personal information without delay when it is no longer needed. Electronic files are deleted in a manner that prevents recovery; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
7. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@angle.im.
8. Measures to Ensure Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access control, encryption, and regular staff training to protect personal information.

We use cookies to analyze usage patterns and provide optimized services. You may refuse cookies through your browser settings, though some features may be limited.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. General changes take effect 7 days after notice. Effective Date: June 16, 2026.
